                                                                Image stabilization


Image stabilization is a system used in photographic cameras to compensate for camera shakes. camera shakes could lead to blurred pictures.

There are two kinds of Image stabilization technologies:

  1. Image stabilization built in camera lens, that in this case internal lens elements are used actively to neutralize the effect of camera shakes.
  2. Image stabilization using sensor shift in digital cameras, that means sensor is moved to compensate for camera shakes.
