Primary storage
Primary storage of a computer is a kind of temporary memory to store data for short periods of time.
All input data are loaded onto primary storage of a computer to be executed by
CPU subsequently.
It is impossible to load and run computer softwares without using this memory type.
Primary storage is a volatile and high speed memory type and data read/write take place much faster comparing to
secondary storage mediums.
Volatile memories are used to store data temporarily and the stored data is lost when the computer is turned off.
